The 1095 carbon steel blade is slightly less than 30 inches and features a hand sharpened Hamaguri grind with a highly polished spine and blade flats. The tsuba and brass menuki both feature the crane motif. The 11 ½ inch handle features a tightly wrapped brown silk cord grip over real premium rayskin.
