1850 Field Officer Swords for sale are 37 inches in all. These sabers are inspired by military swords that were popular during the American Civil War. This modern version features a 31 ¾ inch carbon steel blade with an unsharpened edge. The blade features ornate historical etchings and is engraved with the letters US. The brass colored guard features foliage and the letters US between the branches. They have a brass colored pommel and a leather covered grip that has a traditional wire wrapped design.
