Fili Swords are 25 ½ inches overall and have a solid, AUS-6 stainless steel blade which is a substantial 3/8 inches thick. The handle is manufactured of solid metal and hard acrylic parts. The Sword of Fili has been modeled after the actual film prop made by Weta Workshop of New Zealand. The aged appearance of the sword makes it look as though it was actually wielded in battle. The distressed, acid-etched polish adds an additional similarity to the movie prop.
